If his stats after ASB stay 20+/8+/7+/2/2.
If not #1, who do you pick before him?

Last 11 = Point Giannis

Curry is still better than that when taking into account % categories imo, and post ASG Giannis is not necessarily what he will do next year, he might average the assists, but Giannis is career 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks per 36 for example, that could go back to normal

There are still way too many flaws in his game at this point.

If the Bucks are not going to get a good point guard, then Giannis should be top 7. But that would be unlikely. I think he should be a high 2nd rounder at best given that the Bucks will need to have a good point guard alongside him. They aren't playing for fantasy so in reality, they really do need a point guard that can make them win games.

His current averages are golden but these are brought about by the Bucks lacking talent and chemistry.

Curry
Durant
Harden
Towns
Davis
Westbrook
Leonard
Lowry
Lillard
Whiteside
George
Lebron
Draymond
Cousins
Horford
Thompson
Millsap
Butler
Draymond
All likely to go before him. He will likely hover around the same spots as Blake, Kemba etc which is an impressive leap.

I am also interested to see where Porzingus ends up next year fantasy wise. For me, it would be a tough choice between him and Giannis.

Was this a stupid question or just a little too soon?

In my fantasy league (custom scoring, -1 for a missed shot) he's tied with Howard and Embiid for the 7th place in production per minutes, but with more playing time. He's the 3rd best guard behind only Westbrook (2nd) and Harden (4th) and he's above Lebron James, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and Stephen Curry, who, at least fantasy-wise, has become the second wheel to KD (3rd in the league) in GSW.
He's not worth the 1st pick this year, but he may be a top 3 pick next year, even if I doubt I'd pick him before Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook. The fact that he's been the healthier of the 3 until now may give him a chance.

Fouls are one of the few things holding him back right now

I would still pick AD and Westbrook and maybe KD over him, he should be battling for the number one spot in a couple of years if he keeps improving at this rate.

I could see an argument over Westbrook. Subsitute the APG advantage for a shotblocking advantage, plus Giannis should have a lot of flex options as well. You're also proned to lose turnovers if you're using Westbrook.

I like his stocks...he's still raw and will only get better...I was premature voting him 2-3 though...I do think he is probably top 10-15 though, esp in a keeper...
