Rookie Rankings for Dynasty League

I'm in a dynasty league where we keep players year to year and our drafts are basically for taking rookies and breakout players who weren't on a team the previous year (we have no free agency during season).

I have fifth pick this year and am wondering who I should target. I have Donovan Mitchell targeted right now (as I assume Ball, Fultz, Jackson, and DSJ will be gone by my pick) but not sure if there is anyone else I should target before him. Basically am looking for rookie rankings in terms of future potential.

The Suns forum did a dynasty draft a couple of weeks ago and I think it went Ball, Smith, Fultz, Jackson, Isaac, Tatum, Fox, Mitchell, Ntilikina, John Collins. A lot of people are really high on John Collins too. I think eventually Isaac could fill up the stat sheet in all kinds of ways. Mitchell should score and get steals. For this year, Mitchell will probably look better than Isaac, Tatum and Fox, but going forward maybe not. Really depends on what you need.

Thanks for the reply. We had our draft a few days ago and I ended up with Mitchell and Kuzma. I might have reached on Mitchell but the first four options were gone and I liked him the most.
