Is Lebron still a #1 Overall pick ?

LBJ has to share shots with 2 other superstars, mostly with with Dwade... Is Wade now a #1 pick because he's more effiecient and also probably going to be a go 2 guy in Miami ?
A huge case can be made for Deron Williams being the most productive player for 2010-2011 NBA season, now that Boozer is gone. And may be Kevin Durant.
Kobe will be less productive, all players are in their 3rd year of quest for repeat.

No. I'd go with Wade or Durant.

Kevin Durant
Chris Paul
Those two should be at the top. The rest IMO
Bron
Kobe
Dirk
Amare
Deron
Wade
Pau
Curry
Granger
Bosh
Dwight
Lee
Melo
Wallace
Lopez
Josh Smith
Al Horford
Jason Kidd

Durant and maybe Paul over him. Wouldnt blame you for taking a chance with Bron though. I can't see him drop past #3.

I would take Durant #1 and Chris Paul #2, after that it's perfectly reasonable to take Lebron #3 (I personally feel that Durant is the safest pick and that he is easier to build around than CP3).

I can see LBJ, Wade and Bosh all falling out of the the top 15 (by the end of the year), with steady players like Kobe, Dirk, Kidd, and Deron Williams filling up the top 20. This is just like when KG and Ray went to Boston. I'd take guys like Amare, Pau, David Lee, Josh Smith, Brook Lopez and Nene ahead of Bosh and Guards like Curry, Deron, Igoudala, and Kidd over Wade. Something gives me the feeling that Lebron will still get his, more or less....

Don't see this happening to Wade and Bosh. They were ranked top 5 not only because they scored a lot, but because they block shots, get steals, grab rebounds, pass the ball and started to hit the long ball too. Looking at how the rest of the roster is filled out, there's no way Bron or Wade will fall out of the top 15 on avg.

Durant should be on his own level in fantasy basketball right now

Wow, Nene ahead of Bosh, and Iggy and Kidd over Wade? Wade and Bron will still be top 10, while Bosh will probably struggle to remain in the top 15.

Bron is absolutely not the #1 overall pick. I wouldn't take him or Wade higher then 5 and likely lower then that, probably somewhere between 7th and 10th.

Everyone's defense should still check out, but points (for all three) and assists (for Lebron and/or Wade) will all be going down. Bosh's rebounding will also go down due to Lebron and Wade being such ball hawks. Maybe taking Nene ahead of Bosh is a stretch...haha

Not only are MIA's big 3 going to have less responsibilities in the scoring aspect, but also probably reduced minutes due to blowouts.
That said, I think %s will go up based on that they get to go 1 on 1 much more, and will see more open looks.
I don't think I'd take Lebron #1, but he also is a really safe pick - as CP3 always seems to get hurt, and with how often skinny little durant goes to the line, I'd be shocked if his body can take the hits all season long. I play into the chances of injury more than most, but even with that taken into consideration I still go 1. Paul, 2. Durant, 3. Lebron, 4. Wade, 5. Kobe, 6. Dirk. I think Bosh falls quite a bit though.

Durant will be the #1 in 80% fantasy setting, followed by (not in order)
Paul, Bron, Wade and Kobe I guess.

Thanks for all the answers guys. If I'm lucky enough to win the lottery in my fantasy drafts this fall, I will definitely pick Durant. With Durant's heroics in last season and this years international play, he's the best player in NBA Fantasy. Chris Paul is very tempting, but I'm too scared of his injury concerns and a possibility of him being traded, even though if Paul does get traded to the Magic, Paul could play on a 2007-2008 level.
LeBron is projected to only average 21 points per game by CBS Sports. So it's definitely Durant for me, even though he got paid in this offseason...

The Heat will probably put up over 100 PPG. There's no way one of the best offensive players ever will only account for less than 20% of his team's total points.

Can someone explain why Chris Paul is above him?

Assists are rarer, and the difference between CP3 and other PGs is larger than the difference between LeBron and other SFs. Oh, and everyone expects LeBron's stats to drop now that he's playing with Wade and Bosh.
