Salmons >> Sessions. Take that one either way. You have Brooks, Davis and Lawson at pg. Sessions isn't needed.

Other than that you lack blocks. Splitter, Lee and Amare don't block any shots. Not a big fan of that Buddinger pick at all. I don't see why he'd get drafted at all with Lee and Martin there, Shane still in Houston and Chase being injured. How about dropping him for a decent shotblocker? Is Turiaf on WW?

Also, is it H2H or roto? And standard 9 categories?

u could tank blocks and get more asts, rbs, ft%, stls and maybe 3s if u can. cbud is prolly gonna be useless this season. u could drop him for any of those 4 stats i mentioned. then trade any combo of meka, tiago, and mike for those stats.

im notta fan of drafting rockets players before the 4-5 round, but u got brooks who is gonna be the 1st or 2nd (yao) best rocket fantasy player. fits ur team good w/ his 3s and asts.

right now, meka and cbud are gonna hold u back.

I would try to trade AK47 for someone like dalembert. it would solidify rebounding and make you at least passable on blocks.

def ditch sessions since you are fine with assists and budinger i dont really trust

It's a decent team...

Your pretty set in rebounds and field goal percentage with Amare and Lee. Like everyone said you do lack blocks as your only decent shotblocking bigman is Emeka. So target the cheaper shotblockers like Dalembert, Tyrus Thomas, Haywood etc. Maybe trade someone like Magette who has name value. There's a longjam in Milwaukee at the wing spots, so it scares me.

If you do decide to punt blocks, then make sure to maximize every other category to make up for the loss of points. Focus on winning every single stat.

thank you all for the responses.

btw, since i've already acquired John Salmons, and do you think i can use Salmons + Magette for a all-star level C with blk ?

however, im worry that Brooks and Salmons are the only legit sources for 3s

You could very quickly recover your blocks by dealing for haytwood and dampier, who're very cheap, and maybe pickup chris andersen and turiaf. That's about 5-7 blocks on the cheap.

Just realized that your not too strong in threes. Dangle Magette for some centers and see what happens. Maybe dump Dunleavy for a guy like Korver if he's on waivers. He'll put up tons of threes in Chi-Town.

Having assists AND ast/to makes it a point guard league. That's why you are being offered Salmons for Sessions. Instead of doing that, I would try to move Maggette for a PG.

yeah.. Having A/T will set the league to a PG league.. no doubt.. that's why guys like Jason Kidd and Nash were taken within the first 10 picks and PG were really gone fast.. first 3 rounds, most of the all-star level or even J.Nelson were taken..

however, with regards to Maggette, i think im gonna wait until the start of the preseason to decide whether im dealing him, same reason to the other owners, they want to wait to what production can Maggette make after leaving a fantasy-friendly team like GS.

Of course since this head to head and not roto, you could just tank both assists and ast/to, and go for strength in all the other cats. You should be able to get good players for your PGs since everyone will want them.
