Are there any glaring weaknesses here? What kind of player should I be targeting through trades/FA?

----------
Edit:

It's a head-to-head 10 team league. Ill explain how I have deron and curry:
I have the 8th pick in the draft... Granger and Williams were both there, I took Williams, then the guy after me took Granger, and the guy after him with 10-11 took Amare and Melo. The next guy picked Pau to go with Granger and I scooped Curry.

Default 9 Categories NOT a keeper league.

I was thinking of firstly trading Stephen Jackson. I don't know why I drafted him, I panicked and he was just there, I don't really like him he is so inefficient, I was thinking of trading him for a PG that would get me assists? Since my only assist guys are really Deron and Curry. Or Should I trade him for a big guy that can get me boards/blocks? Who should I target(like Collison maybe or Rose)?
Also:
Should I drop Haywood and/or Splitter (who is apparently injured)?

Notable FAs:

Boris Diaw
Kenyon Martin
Mehmet Okur
George Hill
Linas Kleiza
Martell Webster
Josh Childress

Any possible advice you guys can give would be extremely helpful! Thank You!

Apparently a 6 team league. How else do you explain getting both Curry and Deron?

Deron is a 2nd round guy in H2H leagues I think. He usually goes sooner but I can buy him getting both in a 8-10 person league. But it really is difficult, for everyone asking people to rate their teams, to give an opinion without knowing any specifics. Number of teams, type of league (keeper or not), and format (H2H or Roto) are musts when posting teams.
