Which player to sign from FA

In our league's free agency, there are 4 players that I am interested on. Who should I sign?

D.J. Augustin, Cha PG
Marco Belinelli, Nor SG
Jamario Moon, Cle SF
Greg Monroe, Det PF

If it's a yearly, take DJ. If it's a dynasty, Monroe. What does the rest of your team look like?

Maurice Williams
Kevin Love
Jameer Nelson
Roy Hibbert
Yao Ming
Mike Miller
Mike Bibby
Darko Milicic

The league is not keeper-type and there are 18 teams with 11 players each.

What are your projections for these 4:

as starters:

D.J. Augustin, Cha PG 13 pts, 5-6 ast, 1.8 3pt, close to a steal, 40ish fg%.
Marco Belinelli, Nor SG 13 pts, 43% fg, 3 ast, over 2 3pts/game, maybe around a steal/game
Jamario Moon, Cle SF nothing. 7 pts, a steal, a block and if youre lucky a 3pt.
Greg Monroe, Det PF 12 pts 7 reb 2+ ast, a block. close to 50% fg, 67-70% ft.

I'd say Bellinelli would be a good look on your squad.

Is Bellinelli going to start? My impression was the the Hornets would start Marcus Thornton and Ariza at the 2 and 3 spots.
