Stephen Jackson for Nene???

My league is ROTO and someone requested a trade for my stephen jackson + paul millsap and I get Nene and Mike Conley
My roster:
Is it a fair trade? or one sided?

I rather keep Jackson and Millsap. Jackson is just as valuable as Nene if not more, and Millsap is a top 50-60 player this season. Much more valuable than Conley. You do need help in shotblocking though.

jackson is the best player in the trade conley is the worst...
