Dynasty League: who are you stashing away for the future?

for those of you that play in keeper leagues and dynasty leagues which young players are you looking to stash on your roosters this year before they break out?
also, what are your rankings for this year's group of rookies. most of the rankings on the net only apply to re-draft leagues, so i wanted to get some discussion going for leagues where you can wait a year or two on a stud to emerge.
hopefully my fellow bobcats mods bigslam and walt cronkite aren't looking cause they are both in my dynasty league (nothing to see here, move along).
rookies: obviously wall, favors and cousins are on everyone's radars for redrafts and dynasty leagues. but after those 3 it gets a little fuzzy. which other rookies have the best chance at becoming fantasy studs in 2-3 years? turner? monroe? johnson?
what about young guys from previous drafts that are likely sitting on a waiver wire in your dynasty leagues? a few guys i think look really promising for future fantasy contributions are dejuan blair, jeff teague, ryan anderson, aaron afflalo, josh mcroberts, francisco garcia and austin daye. blair might not be available in deeper leagues since he was still a good source of rebounds last year.
from a bobcats pov i can tell you that dj augustin is the only young player with decent fantasy potential. gerald henderson has no future value. he doesnt shoot 3s, he wont get you assists and his fg% will probably be low. at best he might eventually be a source of steals. he will still be stuck behind jackson for the next few years as well. derrick brown has a little more upside. he is more polished and will probably get more time sooner than henderson but unless wallace gets traded he wont see big minutes in the next few years.

My dynasty team has...
Ed Davis
Xavier Henry
Chase Budinger
Kevin Seraphin
Grievis Vasquez
Out of these, I may drop at least one. I think Seraphin may surprise a few and take the back-up C role for McGee who can't defend and get's in foul trouble. Ed Davis should be a lock for minutes when he returns and I am hoping he'll be a good source of Blocks/rebounds. Xavier Henry is an investment type player. Vasquez - I'm not sure about as I don't know if he'll get any burn this year, or next or the one after that, but Conley is always on the outs in Memphis so there may be opportunity.

By teams, and only really young players minus the obvious already-legitimate fantasy options(e.g Durant, Tyreke)
ATL - Teague will likely be the starting PG by December, and is a great value pick. He has a lot of upside, and should be similar to an Aaron Brooks in terms of stats. Jordan Crawford has no current value unless Jamal is traded or injuries hit, but should have value in the future.
Chicago - Gibson can be a solid mid-late round contributor, like an Udonis Haslem.
Cleveland - JJ Hickson has the potential to be an 18/10 big man. Not sure whether he'll reach it, but it's worth noting.
Denver - Lawson can be really good in the future. Afflalo looks to be solid, especially if he keeps up this excellent preseason.
Detroit - Daye looks pretty good for PPG and 3's.
Houston - Jordan Hill and Pat Patterson can both be very good fantasy big men if one of them gets a large amount of playing time or traded.
Indiana - Not really high on McRoberts or Paul George; Collison is pretty good but overrated.
LAC - Griffin is a duh. DeAndre Jordan may one day get it, but you never know.
Minnesota - Beasley is IMO being underrated. Flynn is WAY underrated by ADP due to his injury. Wesley Johnson will IMO be decent but not great, and will be future 4th-5th round value.
NJ - Terrence Williams could be an Iguodala-ish player. Favors is boom or bust.
NO - Thornton is coming off the bench now, but I think he can still be really good.
NYK - Chandler will be solidly good but not spectacular. Gallinari will be a fantasy stud, like 2nd-high-3rd value. Magic Randolph is boom-or-bust. Toney Douglas is a sleeper pick.
OKC - Aldrich will be better than his draft value. Ibaka could potentially be a monster.
Orlando - Ryan Anderson can be good if he starts.
Philly - Evan Turner is a bust. Marressee Speights will be sick. Jrue Holliday will be good but is overvalued currently.
Portland - Wesley Matthews is a steal and a must-draft. Bayless still has potential if he gets PT.
SAC - Cousins could be Brook Lopez v. 2 in terms of stats. Casspi IMO will not improve much.
SAS - James Anderson might be good for PPG.
Toronto - DeRozan will be pretty decent, albeit nowhere near as good as Raps fans on RealGM expect. Ed Davis will be okay but not great - probably 13/8 or so.
Utah - CJ Miles? Bleh, but maybe. Hayward will be inconsistent.
Washington - Pretty much everyone on this team outside of Josh Howard has dynasty value.
Boston/Charlotte/Dallas/GSW/LAL/Memphis/Miami/Milwaukee/Phoenix - None of any value.

finally got a chance to watch aminu last night in the clips vs kings game. he is raw but seems to be quicker and more athletic than most on the floor. looks to have a knack for rebounding and the hustle stats. if he can add some polish to his game he could be someone worth stashing for a year or two. there is nothing really stopping him from claiming the clippers starting small forward spot, so he could get big minutes fairly early in his career.

I'm starting to get excited for Austin Daye (I'm a Pistons fan) and I stashed him on my dynasty roster (he is in my development league this year.) He looks like he has potential great multi-cat value. And he should hopefully see good minutes this year.

I disagree.
Boston: Avery Bradley has shown flashes. He won't be worth much this season, maybe not worth stashing, but he could be a fantasy contributor in a season or two. Maybe, pick him up once your team is eliminated.
Dallas: One of Rodrigue Beaubois or Dominique Jones should emerge. The question is which one. I think the JJ Barrera experiment could be coming to an end.
GSW: Epke Udoh #6 pick. I think he is being over looked. He could be the second coming of Stomile Swift but I think Udoh gets it. Once he returns from his wrist injury he should contribute.
Memphis: Xavier Henry, the only player taken outside the top 5 in this year's draft who has the potential to be an All-Star. Why do so many SG's fail? They can't shoot. Henry can shoot.

Avery Bradley is one of those guys great at basketball and terrible at fantasy. He's like a PG version of a Thabo Sefalosha.
I forgot about Beaubois. Dominique Jones is... ehhh.
Udoh has all the makings of a scrub who'll only be good for blocks and some limited rebounds. Basically, a slightly better Ronny Turiaf.
I thought about Henry, but he's not getting any PT with OJ Mayo and Rudy Gay blocking him.

Henry has the potential to be 6th man at both SG/SF. The original question remember concerns 2-3 years down the road. If Henry is good enough OJ could be traded.
As for Udoh I drafted Henry one spot before he went in our rookie/FA draft, but he was later dropped. Obviously at the time of the draft I though Henry had more upside and I still do. Situations change in the NBA you don't know who will get hurt/suspended or arrested or just fall out of favor. But top 6 picks on non-playoff teams tend to get PT. We have an IL so I will stash him there can if he looks good great if not he cost me a week of no production.

I actually do like Henry, but there are better dynasty options IMO. I'd rather have, say, Afflalo than Henry, or even James Anderson.

In our league we don't allow any free agent pickups during the season, all undrafted free agents go into the next year's draft pool. Because of that, we have slightly bigger rosters and allow teams to own three extra players that aren't on their active roster. The teams can make one, and only one, DL call up per season if someone really breaks out.
Basically it is a way of allowing people to draft sleepers without penalizing them with a lost roster spot for a full year. My DL this year is Hickson, Harden, and Daye.
