Here is my team. I need to fix things up but I don't know who to get rid of. Any help?

PG - Monta Ellis
SG - Kobe Bryant
G - Eric Gordon
G - Anthony Morrow
SF - Shawn Marion (*barf*)
PF - Al Horford
F - Joakim Noah
F - LaMarcus Aldridge
C - Chris Kaman
C - DeMarcus Cousins
Util - Mike Conley
Util - Ronnie Brewer
Ben - Luke Ridnour
Ben - Martell Webster
Ben - Courtney Lee

I'm try to concentrate on FG%, 3PT%, OREB, DREB, ST, and BLK. I need to know who to drop so I can improve on my 3PT% and ST. Thanks!

H2H. And no one is one waivers. I'm keeping an eye on FAs like Ben Wallace, Redick, Delfino, Anthony Parker, and Bibby.

The tough part about trying to wing FG% and 3PT% is that most guards who chuck 3's and connect at a good rate have FG% in the low 40's.

Jason Richardson would be an ideal fit for your team as he fits 4 of the categories you wanted (FG%, 3PT%, STL, DREB).

I think Ben Wallace also fits what you're doing if you're willing to sacrifice in PTS and FT%. Your league seems to be pretty deep and the rosters are big so the fact that Ben doesn't play on the second half of back-to-backs (or only sees limited action) shouldn't hurt you.

I'd probably get rid of C-Lee he picks up great value when Kevin Martin goes down but that probably won't be until 20 games into the season at best (worst?)...

Thanks! I appreciate your help. I suck at fantasy pools. The one fantasy pool I actually won, I left my draft on auto and lucked out on two FA pick ups, LOL.

I agree on the JRich choose, I'd also recommend Linas Kleiza, should get you good PTS,3%, and REB.

Your team is really scattered in the sense you don't have a team that fits the prototypical big ball, small ball strategy...

My advice...use Kobe as trade bait- try to get one of Josh Smith, Dwight, or Rondo..some combination of these players that get you fg% and defensive stats.

This is because your league has 3pt% instead of 3pm. 3 pointers made mean nothing in your league......under those circumstances, turnovers and 3point% become the most variable.....so its always better to build a big ball team.

Since 3pm don't mean much, guys like Andre Miller become more valuable. I'd try trading someone like Eric Gordon for him to get maximal value.

Conclusion= Build a big ball team that punts T.O's, FT% and 3pm. 3pt% is variable, get one good high volume 3pt shooter and the rest = all big ball players, I suggest keeping Morrow or Webster. By getting big ball players, tanking FT% will get you better defensive cats. Not to mention your FT% is already mediocre as it is (80% is the minimal average to make you the best in it in any league). Getting any big ball combination of Rondo, Josh Smith, Dwight, Gerald Wallace (assuming you think he's going to be healthy) almost automatically make you dominant in FG%, ORB, DRB, steals, blocks. Points are variable, 3p% will be variable, 3pm and T.O's = punted. This should be enough to win you any head to head league.
