Rate team please

14 team H2H , standard categories.. (not in any order)
I am thinking I need another decent point gaurd until jonny Flynn is back, and I don't know if Mario chalmers can cut it. I was thinking about dropping chalmers or ronnie brewer for Steve blake..
I am also kind of worried about Flynn when he comes back (will he get a starting spot?, will he even be any good?)
