Just Drafted - 1st year Keeper (Help)

I just finished drafting for a 12 team 9 cat roto league. It's a 1st year keeper, where we get to keep 5 players.

There are some decent players on waivers. Should I drop Dalembert for Haywood and get immediate production? Maybe someone like Wilson Chandler for Outlaw as well?
