So it's been many years since I've had a team (back when Marion and AK dominated the world).
Any comments on my team or suggestions on what areas to target via trade or free agency?

Well, you have noooo assists at all. I say trade one of your bigs for a PG.

I wouldn't do this, you're so far behind on assists that it isn't even worth trying to win. You seem to have a pretty good base for FG%, rebounds, and blocks. You should also compete pretty well in steals and 3-pointers made. And FT% and points are winnable as well.
If I were you, I'd try to improve the steals and 3s to the point where you are a virtual lock for those categories each week, without hurting your FG%, rebounds and blocks categories.
