Then i traded Jason Terry and Ridnour for Austin Daye and Mike Conley.

Horford, Hibbert, Cousins, Robin Lopez, Milicic and Hawes for rebs, bls
Durant, Ellis, Jennings, Daye, Batum and Afflalo for 3s and steals
Ellis, Jennings and Conley for assists
Durant, Ellis, Cousins and Horford for pts

should be ok right?

I think you are going to struggle to win blocks and assists consistently. Horford is actually not a great shot-blocker, he only averaged 1 per game last year.

So to me it is a bit of a toss up, not sure what qualifies as good in a 14 team league so I could be wrong.
