Never played before. 10 team H2H league. Here's my team:

1. Stephen Curry
2. Dwight Howard
3. Brandon Roy
4. Andrea Bargnani
5. Darren Collison
6. Andrew Bogut
7. Gilbert Arenas
8. Jrue Holiday
9. J.J Hickson
10. Greg Oden
11. Michael Beasley
12. Demar Derozen
13. George Hill

There are some good players that went undrafted such as Mike Conley, Rodney Stuckey, Austin Daye, and DJ Augustin. Should I pick one of them up and drop Oden or someone else?

I like your team as in the players you pick however I'm not sure what your team's identity is.

Steph Curry, and Collision are both good PG, Jrue is expected to be good. Then you have Oden and Dwight. If Oden can stay healthy then that would be great, however the team dynamic just seems weird. Oden and Dwight are rebounds/blocks, while you have Darren Collision and Steph with 3's and assist.

Your FT% will boost with your pg, but drop because of Dwight.
Your FG% will boost because of your bigs, but drop because of your guards.
You will get 3's out of your PG, but your bigs gets you none.

I think assist, fg%, ft%, and 3's will be all up in the air with your match ups. I think you don't have to worry about blocks (Dwight and Oden pretty much lock this cat down by themselves), and rebounds Curry, Collision, Roy, Beasley, Hickson all can help out the on boards. Dwight + Oden is like having 4 ppl on rebounds.

Don't drop Oden until he gets hurt (probably will get hurt eventually), but last year he was like top 25 player until he went IR. If you're really good at predicting when he get hurt (assuming he does) then trade him right before it when he is hot.

You had an up and down draft. Taking Curry then Dwight kind of shows your inexperience, as the two don't fit together very well. You could still compete cause both are very good.

But in the future, the best way to win H2H is to focus on winning 6 of the 9 categories. With Curry those six definitely should have been points, assists, steals, 3-pointers, FT%, and rebounds. Dwight's biggest strengths are his fg%, blocks, and rebounds. The former two don't help you too much.
