Should I drop him or should I wait?

Depends on what's out there.

To have a guy limited in minutes, while not being able to play back to backs hurt. I wouldn't and don't own him in any of my leagues.

I have him right now, but my league has 14 teams w/ 13 players each. The Center pool is extremely thin and honestly, depending on the size of your league, you shouldn't drop him. I mainly rely on him for FG%, FT%, and BLKS.

Hold onto him. As the season progresses he should see more time as he proves himself healthy.

If you have a big enough roster, grab Jordan Hill as insurance.

I have Yao as well, and been thinking about dropping him. My only active center right now is Kevin Love.
But I'm getting a lot of rebounds from Love, J-Smooth, Evans and Millsap at the PF slot/utility.

There's a few C or PF/C up for grabs in my FA pool. Two big names are on IR, Bynum and Okur.
Then there are active players like Wallace, Arthur, McRoberts, McDyess, Blair, Krstic, and Sheldon W.

I should have taken Big Baby when he was available earlier in the season. :(
