Carmelo Anthony for Russell Westbrook?

One of the managers in my league (H2H, 9 category league) proposed me a 1-1 trade where I'd be getting Carmelo Anthony, and I'd trade him Russell Westbrook. I am leaning towards rejecting it. Smart or not smart in your opinion?
Before making a choice, please consider that we have small roster sizes. Here is my current lineup btw:
PG - Westbrook
SG - Ray Allen
SF - Caron Butler
PF - Amare
C - Kevin Love
UTIL - Josh Smith
Bench - Vince Carter, Robin Lopez, DeMarcus Cousins and D.J. Augustin
His PG's btw are Aaron Brooks, who is injured I believe and Rodney Stuckey.
What do you guys suggest I do? Please help. Thanks!

i'd condsider it. you're getting a 2nd round pick for a 3rd rounder. if you make another trade to get another point guard to help make up for the loss of assists....i'd lean towards doing it. melo is scoring his normal ton of points, but he's also really rebounding the ball so far this yr.

Now that you mention it, you could probably spare one of your rebounders, ideally Amare, for a PG, or look for guys like Jarret Jack on FA. Carmelo will add to board totals, so if you can ship one of your bigs for a PG you'd be looking good.

Thanks for the advice, guys! I thought about the deal for a while, and I ended up rejecting the deal. Westbrook is a stud PG and losing him would really hurt me at that position. I know I don't have the legit scorer like Carmelo on my team, but I feel like collectively, I can be in good shape with the guys I currently have.

If you ended up doing the trade you would of been stuch with Augustin as your starting point guard, so it was a good call.
Then again you could of grabbed Melo and then traded Stoudamire for someone like Deron Williams or Rajon Rondo and your team would of improved overall.
Tough call to make...

All depends on if he can flip one of his bigs for a guy like Nash/Rondo/Williams. If he can do that he should get Melo.
