Any thoughts on this deal?

I'd be getting Pao and Jamison.

My current team includes Rondo, Nash, Kev Mart, VC, EB, RJ, Biedrins, M. Gasol, L. Odom.

Jamison is very hard to trust right now and was dropped in a lot of leagues before the last two games. He doesn't have much value at this point, and Pau is valuable but not Johnson/Bargs/Beas valuable.
