He's out for at least 4 weeks so should I trade him or keep?

Keep him. Season is long enough and his value is now lower then in about 3 weeks.

He should be back in two weeks, thereabouts (not expected to miss much after the 7 game roadtrip). If anything, you should be trying to trade for him right now. I'm not sure how the rebounding numbers will be affected with Noah leading the league and all (most likely not as high as Utah) but he should get plenty of scoring opportunities down low and with playing the p'n'r with Rose all game.

Hard to tell, since he hasn't played yet. Conley has been playing very well this season, and Landry (Laundry?) has been playing well lately. Personally, I wouldn't have given up two proven players for Boozer just yet, but that's just me.
