In a 20 man league, what do you think about Dampier?

I picked up Dampier off the waivers a couple days ago, and I'm wondering what ya'll's opinions on him being signed any time soon is. I know he can produce (More than Thabeet, who I dropped), but I'm wondering if I should sit on him assuming he'll be signed by the Heat (reconsidering), Suns, or Raptors, or just drop him and pick up DeSagana for the blocks.

I've been sitting on Dampier all season. It's kind of hard to do because he could very well just wait until January and sign on with a contender, but in my league the alternatives are so weak I decided to just hold on to Dampier.
