In a head 2 head 12 team league.

Players Stat Categories: Field Goal Percentage (FG%), Free Throw Percentage (FT%), 3-point Shots Made (3PTM), Points Scored (PTS), Total Rebounds (REB), Assists (AST), Steals (ST), Blocked Shots (BLK), Turnovers (TO)

My team :
Russell Westbrook
O.J. Mayo
Marco Belinelli
Gerald Wallace
Dark Milicic
Carlos Boozer
Serge Ibaka
Dwight Howard
Nicolas Batum
Jose Calderon
Joe Johnson
Kris Humphries
Al Horford

Basically suffering from busts so far from Joe Johnson, O.J. Mayo & Batum who lost his starting spot. I get killed on FG & FT% but dominate on BLKS. Currently at the moment close to last place too. Any suggestions? trades?

Last week, you also had Dwight Howard missing games due to a stomache virus. That didn't help you. You obviously have strength in blocks so you should look into trading one of your shot blockers for some guard help. You will continue to lose ft% if you have Dwight Howard so I would just give up on that category. Wallace has also been a dissappointment. I don't think 3s is a strength for your team as well. Maybe talk to the manager who owns Rondo and see if you have anything he wants. I think you want to build up on these categories for your team: fg%, rebs, asts, stls, and blks. Anything else is bonus. Once Joe Johnson is back healthy, you might want to look at moving him.

Horford for Danny Granger.

Do the trade since you have a lot of competent big men already. And Danny Granger's recent poor play should lower his value FOR THE MEAN TIME.

G-wallace for Ginobili.
Ginobili should provide you all the numbers you need. While G-wallace's production should easily be replaced with your talented PF/Cs.
