adding rip hamilton, drop hedo or barbosa?

rip has 20 ppg upside, and i could use the points
hedo was pretty hyped up in teh off season, and have only played 20min a game for the last two games. he'll get me steals, blks, 3s but even those are not guaranteed in limited time.
barbs is doing ok, he has no room to grow though and is pretty streaky.
other fringe waiver guys include bibby, george hill, and i just picked up shannon brown.
i'm punting ft%, asts, and a/t.
who would you choose?
basically i'm looking at hedo's potential upside if he ever meshes with the team vs. barbosa's 6th man role.
