Okay, what about John Wall for Paul Millsap?

8 category rotisserie format, non keeper league. I like horford. My team is down on rebounds and field goal percentage. Rudy is nice but I think he wont play this way the entire season. Horford's minutes right now are down but I see them going up as the season goes on. Thoughts?

link shows my league standing im currently 3rd. and struggling hard in FG% and rebs

Yup, I'd do the deal.

There are two PF/C players who I think are in the same echelon with Gay. One is Horford and the other is Love. I would suggest you go after Love first. If it's not true love ( :D ), then do this deal. This deal isn't an "ASAP" kind of deal since either way it's a win-win situation for you for it might either mean a decrease in Gay's value or an increase in Horford's value in the near future.

I just traded away Gay for Horford. Feel great about it.
