Is anyone here part of a fantasy league that is looking for replacement managers who will be active and relatively well informed?

There's been some goings on in the league I currently play in that have left a nasty taste in my mouth and I'd like to join another league before walking away, if possible.

This one dude in one of my leagues totally gave up and it's **** annoying, but I'm not the commish and I have no idea how to replace managers or convince him to do it
