Disregarding team needs, how does this trade look to you on paper? I think that it's veto-able and need to build a case as to why.

Westbrook + two waiver wire players > Okafor, Prince, and Fields.

Agreed. Westbrook's way more valuable than any of those guys. Prince and Fields have been on and off the waiver wire in my league all year.
