Monroe for Fields

I got an offer of Monroe for fields in a dynasty league. I am finding it difficult to judge this trade as I'm a Knicks fan so I am probably being biased towards fields.

My team is:

Eric Gordon
Landry fields
Paul George
Eyenga
Austin daye
Ty Lawson
Bargnani
Marc gasol
Bogut
Caron butler
Plus maybe one or two more that I can't think of now.

Would you do this? I think Monroe has the brighter future but just want some guidance from others.

I'd probably take it. Your frontcourt can need some help. Fields will lose some of those long rebounds to Melo. He hit a few threes yesterday, but with half the Pistons team acting like idiots while Monroe just stays professional, I can see him gaining more value.

Just noticed it's dynasty btw. Definately make that move.
