League has Tech,Ejections,Flagrant, PF. who to draft?

Hey the league I joined has these as its categories

FGM,FTM,3PTM,PTS,OREB,DREB,AST,ST,BLK,TO,PF,TECH,EJCT,FF

Normally I've always played without the fouls, but the manager put them in this one. So does that rule out any players? Is Dwight Howard basically poison according to these categories? I feel like the fouls are kind of random stats. So which other players should I avoid?

I checked at random 5 of Howard's games last year. In them he got 2 technicals.

I don't think any of those happen frequently enough (maybe techs) to influence how I would draft. Yes PF happen a lot but they do for all players. There are a lot like TO's . You don't win worried about TO's.
