Who should I get in this trade? Javale McGee or Serge Ibaka?

10 team league, ESPN Head 2 Head, 8 categories (no turnovers)
I'm trading Marcus Thornton and Jamal Crawford for Toney Douglas and either Serge Ibaka or Javale McGee. First, is this a good trade for my team as currently constructed? Secondly, which of the 2 fits my team better? JaVale has been getting more rebounds and minutes, but Ibaka has been getting more blocks and less minutes. Before this season, I'd say they were both about the same as shot blockers (elite) but idk who is the better rebounder and who is better for fantasy basketball. Advice is welcome and needed!
My current team:
PG: Westbrook
SG: Eric Gordon
SF: Carmelo Anthony
PF: Ryan Anderson
C: Dwight Howard
G: Marcus Thornton
F: Joe Johnson
UTIL: Nene
UTIL: Stephen Jackson
UTIL: Andre Miller
BENCH: Rubio
BENCH: Jamal Crawford
BENCH: Norris Cole (dropping soon, just acquired him as a throw-in in a trade)

Ed Davis, Amir Johnson, Favors, Brandon Knight, Ben Gordon, Camby, Perk, Haslem, Jerebko. I posted on other forums and other people are saying not to do the trade too. Hmm IDK what to do...I definitely need another big that blocks/rebounds bc Anderson doesnt always get big rebounds and neither does Nene. What's my best course of action?

Looks like a good trade for me. Jamal Crawford and Marcus Thornton will give you the points, a few steals, and rebounds per game. The upside with either Ibaka or McGee is the blocks and rebounds. Your current team doesn't look like it's going to be short on points so I'd do the trade. Downside is both are a bit inconsistent and so is TD so beware plus your FT% is going to take a hit on either bigs. I'd go with Ibaka just because of his offensive upside compared to McGee.

Jerebko is a sleeper. Not sure if he can pull off the same stats in a consistent basis so I'd get someone more consistent. Favors is your best bet if you're look for overall game, Camby for just rebounds and blocks.
