I am in big need of 3-pointers and assists, so I try to bring them using my front court. My current roster is:

PG: Jrue Holiday, Kyrie Irving, Mo Williams
SG/SF: Joe Johnson, Luol Deng, Demar DeRozan, Tony Allen, James Johnson
PF/C: Kevin Love, Al Horford, Marc Gasol, Carlos Boozer, Anderson Varejao

And my proposal is:
Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer & Mo Williams
for:
Kevin Martin, Raymond Felton & Boris Diaw

Is it a good trade for me? Is it acceptable for the other guy? How do you think?
