Debating on whether to trade for them cause I need help in fg, ft%, 3pts but mostly on rebounds and blocks.

You'd be selling low and buying high. Monta's value is lower than average while Allen and DeAndre's value are slightly inflated.

I would keep Monta Ellis, unless you are presented with a better offer.

Alright, thanks for the replies guys. I might flip Wade for some big men though. He's solid but him not taking any three's this season doesn't help x.x

assuming you have to drop somebody (Oneal?) the trade is a lateral move, it doesnt help you much if at all unless you are high on Jordan

You may want to focus on moving Wade depending on his injury.
