I'm still a newbie, but I wouldn't do this trade. Your team is pretty similar to mine (Jennings, Demar, Joe J, Henderson, Varejao) and I'm also desperate do trade DeRozan, but throwing Bynum in is too much imho. I'd rather try Demar + Chandler for Millsap + x, if it's possible.

No. Only try to aquire Milsap if you value TOs. But looking at your team, I think it's best for you to strengthen your Fg% with Bynum and put TO.
