Westbrook/Griffin for Irving/McGee

Can you please help me decide on this trade proposed to me?

My lineup right now in a head-to-head, standard yahoo scores with 12 teams in our league:

PG: Jrue Holiday
SG: Eric Gordon
G: Ty Lawson
SF: Danny Granger
PF: Kevin Love
F: Joakim Noah
C: JaVale McGee
C: DeAndre Jordan
Util: Kyrie Irving
Util: Paul George
Bench: MarShon Brooks
Bench: J. J. Redick
Bench: Spencer Hawes

Right now I'm in second place, so I don't have any real need to shake things up, but the names at least got a hold of my attention in this proposal. He's offered Russell Westbrook and Blake Griffin for Kyrie Irving and JaVale McGee.

I can see that Griffin might do some damage to my freethrow percentage because not only is he bad (like McGee is bad) but he also gets to the line a lot increasing the effect on my total percentage.

What do you guys think I should do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have intelligent people in your league, you'd realize how lopsided this trade was.

It's only lopsided based on ADP.

I'd take McGee over Blake in a 9-cat league without thinking twice.

And while Westbrook's clearly better than Irving, the latter is getting better as the season goes on and may have 3rd round value when all's said and done.

If I were you, I wouldn't take on Blake's FT%. You're already carrying D. Jordan's, and between those two guys you'll undercut what should be a strength for your team (with Love, Lawson, Granger, etc).

I'd stand pat.

do it, quickly. NOW. Westbrook is far better than Irving and has not hit his stride yet, while McGee is nice but Griffin's pts makes up for any advantage McGee might have over him.
