depends on need but I would pull the trigger in a second. Post what the rest of your team is just in case.

Re: Conley and Griffin for Jennings and P Gasol
I wouldn't do it. Jennings is tearing it up right now but think long-term... he doesn't have as much value as Conley gives you with Bogut out for a while. I highly doubt Jennings will be able to keep up a 20ppg pace by the end of the season... I'd try and snag Jrue Holiday for Jennings straight up if you can.... You can make the argument that Gasol is better then Griffin b/c Griffin's ft% is awful, and Gasol is incredibly good at well, everything, but this really all just depends on your team needs. I personally think its too risky of a deal for you to make with Memphis playing really good, and Griffin only getting better every day.
I also had Griffin on my team and just traded him for Lamarcus Aldridge.
My fantasy league is nuts though, its not like your normal league..I'm doing a 7-person rotisserie, 11 categories, 17 players (no bench, 2 spots for each position, plus 2 additional guards, 2 forwards, and 3 UTILS).
**after just reading your lineup, I forsure wouldn't do that trade.. Blake, Mcgee, Dalembert, Smith.. that's a big group of guys that you don't want to break up unless you're moving Blake for Lebron or Lamarcus, or an amazing SG (like a Dwade or a Kobe) since that's your team's biggest weakness in my opinion.

hmm i would pull the trigger on that personally. Gasol is a far better FT shooter so your only issue would be Mcgee for those. I personally have both pau and jennings and im winning my league. I enjoy having two top15 players. and for the guy sayingjennings is posting these numbers because boguts down... he was posting them while he was playing as well.

You misinterpreted what I wrote dude. What I said was be careful when considering grabbing Jennings because I seriously doubt he will be able to keep producing the way he is right now (especially with key players out) for a full, condensed season.
Don't get me wrong I'm a big fan of Jennings, I have both him and Pau on my team as well, and Im in first in my league.. But consider this..since Jennings is more of a shoot-first pg, and without many go-to scorers anymore that he can pass to, Jennings' shot selection will increase, and as a result it wouldn't be surprising to see his fg% dropping soon and his assist to TO ratio dropping as well with no one to pass the ball to.. don't say Stephen Jax is there still or some other guy, like Elyasova, lol.. the Bucks are brutally bad... I'm trying hard in my league to move Jennings while his value is at an all-time high.
You need to realize that Jennings has never been a real threat for getting assists, so if you want a stable point guard on a winning ball team, that almost averages a double-double with assists and points, Conley is a much safer player to have then Jennings... However, if Jennings' fg% increases with more shooting opportunities, then Jennings could very well be in serious contention for the Most Improved Player award, but I really don't see that happening as he would literally have to carry the team on his back the whole year.
At the end of the day I just think Conley and Griffin are too reliable for assists, fg% and rebounding to give up for just another pg and pf in return that have very similar stats... The posters core group of players are legit, dominant big men, like griffin, mcgee, gortat, dalembert, j. smith, monroe... You gotta keep that group in tact, I'm sure he's top-2 in his fantasy league for boards and fg%...All you need to do is improve those 2 guards and I think you could win the league. Try and trade Thonton and Martin for a guy like Manu Ginobili and I think you're set.

I'd do it. I exepct Jennings to regress too (but he's first round value right now so he's got room to regress) but Pau is just WAY better then Blake. Blake goes in and out of the top 100 because of the FT and lack of defensive cats.
