David West is on waivers, and I have the first spot to pick him up. So.... do I drop Vince Carter or Boris Diaw. Help!!!!!

i dropped boris a week ago. he played like **** and the bobcats suck anyway :/ diaws rating is negativ over the last 15 days
carter didnt played that bad lately, depends if he can keep it up. drop diaw, but i would keep looking for a substitute for carter if his performance drops

I decided to drop VC for David West, with the hopes that Diaw starts stepping up in his contract year (fingers crossed)... I am keeping my eye out on the WW though, and will most likely drop Diaw for Marshon Brooks if Diaw doesn't pick it up, and Brooks gets healthy. Thanks.
