Should I do this trade, if so, who should I drop? Need help

I trade Monta Ellis for Thaddeus Young and Joe Johnson. I also get a 8th round pick, if I trade my 13th round pick.

This is a multi-year league. Yahoo Sports, roto. I am in 2nd place right now, 6.5 points behind the leader.

My current team:

PG: Ricky Rubio
SG: Monta Ellis
G: Ty Lawson
SF: Jared Dudley
PF: Pau Gasol
F: Brandon Bass
C: Serge Ibaka
C: JaVale McGee
Util: Andre Miller
Util: Jason Terry
Bench: Arron Afflalo
Bench: Danilo Gallinari (Injured)
Bench: Zach Randolph (Injured)

I am hesitating to drop Gallinari and Zach Randolph, because they will return in about a month, and if they come back healthy, my team will have a break through and I can take the number 1 spot.

I was thinking of dropping Arron Afflalo. He is good, but he has a lot of intangibles, which does no good in this fantasy league. Shoots low percentages too.
