Boozer for Jennings?

Is Boozer for Jennings a good trade?

Boozer gets a lot more rebounds then Jennings but I am getting absolutely killed in 3 point shooting in my pool. I also lack a point guard.

I am also trying to move Kobe Bryant. I would like to acquire Jennings and possibly Griffin.
Would Kobe + Boozer for Jennings + Griffin be a good trade?

What point guard should I consider trading for? I'm looking for one who mostly shoots and sinks a lot of 3 balls.
