Usually i dont like one for one swaps. Nash is playing better but my bigman rotation isnt great.
I Have J Jack Jennings Nash deron Williams and Lowry all on point while only Marc and Pau gasol Harrington and Brand for bigs.
Does a nash for noah help or hinder me

Nash has more value. Look for a guy like Bynum if you trust his knees.

I don't think it's as simple as that and I certainly don't think the difference is a lot. Check out Yahoo's big board release today. It lists Noah and Nash essentially in the same territory and Noah has really come on strong this past month. If your league has an offensive rebound category then, IMO, the deal swings the other way and Noah becomes slightly more valuable. Regardless, a deal involving these two wouldn't have anybody going... "What a brutal deal for team _____" especially when needs are taken into consideration.
Nash's FT% is a non-boost since he's barely there.
He's shooting less 3pms this year.
He doesn't steal very often.
That said, he's still the same old Nash so the %s, assist totals and ass:to are all there. It sounds like you're stacked at PG and in need of a big. If you've shopped around and can't find any takers then you could certainly do worse than Noah. Perhaps try to expand it to a 2 for 2 if you'd like to address another need. And as I said, if you're in a league that has o-rebs, or league that doesn't count ass:to... then the deal becomes even more positive for you.

if the league doesn't count TOs nash is even better.
and although noah's been great (he's long been one of my favorite players) nash has been elite. in the past 30 days nash is 8th, noah is 23rd. he's the perfect fantasy point guard. if someone won't give you proper value for him, i'd trade lowry before i traded nash. i'd dump jennings for pennies on the dollar. in other words, you need to get a 2nd-rounder back, minimum, for giving up a first-round talent. noah is 3rd-to-4th round in a best case scenario.
we saw nash's floor last season. he still finished 18th.

Nash has been great. Noah has been something of a letdown. I traded him straight up for Tyson Chandler at the beginning of the year and have never looked back.
