I think Valanciunas is the best from the 3, but least likely to get playing time. Tristan Thompson may start n play a lot; Mullens will play a lot because he is the only offensively skilled big man for Bobcats
Jeff Green And Robin Lopez look interesting too

I would limit your choices to Jonas Valanciunas, Meyers Leonard, and Tristan Thompson.
Jonas Valanciunas-He'll get a lot of playing time at Center since Andrea Bargnani is a lock at Power Forward, Ed Davis is more of a Power Forward, and Amir Johnson is an undersized Center that's already reached his peak. It's also worth mentioning that he was the 5th pick in the 2011 draft, so he'll get the time he needs. I'd predict that Valanciunas will be played off the bench and be worked in as a starter just like Ricky Rubio was.
Meyers Leonard-He'll also have a good chance of getting playing time because only J.J. Hickson is really the only decent option at Center. The Trailblazers also don't have a good backup Power Forward, so Hickson will probably be playing behind LaMarcus Aldridge and Leonard in a backup PF/C role.
Tristan Thompson-He's the most proven out of the bunch, and I'd be very high on him. The only problem with him is his Free-Throw shooting and his Field Goal Percentage (which probably had more to do with him being the second option on an injury-plagued team), but otherwise, he's solid.
Byron Mullens is not a good rebounder and is extremely inconsistent, Robin Lopez can't stay on a court for long due to his foul trouble, Andre Drummond is a wait-and-see until the preseason starts, and Tiago Splitter will be stuck behind Tim Duncan.

And Pistons' Kravtsov will play a lot this season, they are moving Monroe to the 4
Since Drummond isnt ready yet, and he'll foul out within 10min anyway
Kravtsov is 7foot, athletic, shotblocking bigman ho may start. Very low foul rate too
