Millsap is in position battle, may not start but reports are he worked on his game even more this summer and last year he finished 7th overall in 9 cats

Brook prior to last years ankle issues was a top 20 player, says ankle is 100% now.
He's a center who scores and blocks with good %'s but doesn't rebound that much.

Who is the better keeper in 9 cats?

Milsap....by a mile. I can totally see him being traded by the end of the season....or the "postiion" battle that you're concerned about will be resolved one way or another. I don't see the Jazz keeping a frontcourt rotation of Kanter, Milsap, AlJeff and Favors beyond the trade deadline. At worst, Milsap can shift over to SF...but that would eat into Hayward's minutes. Either way, Milsap....as a keeper is the easy choice.

Avery Johnson, for some reason.....has Brook Lopez focusing on scoring and having Humphries handle the rebounding duties in the frontcourt. To me, a Center has to be able to rebound....Brook does not do that.

Milsap for the reasons Cable mentioned.

Milsap. It's not even close.

Even if Brook Lopez magically stayed healthy (which never seems likely anymore) I'd still take Millsap.
