Someone wants to do the following trade:

Deng, Mo Williams and Gordon Hayward for Gay and Afflalo

I don't think i'm going to do that, but should i counter with the following?

Deng, Mo, MARCUS THORNTON for Gay, Afflalo and Billups?

Please, experts, what do you think?

But Gay is ~27 and Deng is 71.

Afflalo and Williams are similarly ranked but I much prefer Afflalo.

Make the Thornton offer but be happy if he doesn't accept.

I think its a reasonable deal. I just meant it was a big upgrade from what he was offering.
