Which are the rooks/sophs you see becoming good (top 70) fantasy players in the near future (within 3 years)?

For reference the 'top' rooks from each of the past two years, I have included the maximum ranking they'd probably acieve and compared them to a player who I think they could look like in fantasy basketball terms, not playing style-wise:

Anthony Davis - blk, reb, fg, pts - top 15 (Garnett isn't unthinkable if he adds a bit of playmaking)
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist - stl, reb, blk - top 35 (Iggy indeed?)
Bradley Beal - stl, fg, pts, reb, pts - top 20 (Joe Johnson)
Dion Waiters - 3pt, pts, ft - top 30 (Jordan Crawford, funny enough)
Thomas Robinson - reb, pts, fg - top 70 (?)
Damian Lillard - pts, ft, ast, stl, 3pt - top 20 (Damon Stoudamire)
Harrison Barnes - pts, ft - top 100 (Maggette maybe?)
Terrence Ross -
Andre Drummond - reb, blk, fg - top 90 (Deandre)
Austin Rivers - pts, 3pts, ft - top 50
Meyers Leonard - pts, reb, blk fg - top 100 (Hibbert)
Jeremy Lamb -
Kendall Marshall - ast - top 150 (Duhon)
John Henson -
Maurice Harkless -
Royce White - ast, stl, reb, pts - top 150 (Don't see him panning out, Anthony Randolph...big tease no result)
Tyler Zeller - reb, pts, fg, ft, some blk - top 75 (Kurt Thomas)
Terrence Jones - reb, fg, pts - top 120 (Thad Young with far worse ft)
Andrew Nicholson - pts, ft, reb - top 130 (Tolliver?)
Jared Sullinger - fg, reb - top 130 (Glen Davis)
Perry Jones III - blk, stl, reb, pts, fg - top 40 (if he ever plays over 30 minutes/game) (If he gets minutes...GWallace if he doesn't...one of those stats sheet teases)
Festus Ezeli - blk, reb, fg - top 100 (Asik)
Jae Crowder - stl, blk, 3pt, ft - top 40 (GWallace)

Derrick Williams - pts, fg, blk - top 40 (early Aldrigde is he pushes it)
Enes Kanter - reb, fg - top 100 (no blk here...I don't know... Gooden?)
Tristan Thompson - reb, blk, fg, pts - top 40 (maybe Aldrigde as well?)
Jonas Valančiūnas -
Jan Veselý - (Iggy?)
Bismack Biyombo - blk, reb, fg - top 80 (Okafor)
Brandon Knight - pts, ft, 3pts, stl, ast - top 45 (Holiday)
Kemba Walker - pts, 3pts, ast, ft - top 60 (Gordon (Chi days))
Jimmer Fredette - pts, 3pts, ft - top 150 (JJ Redick)
Klay Thompson -
Alec Burks - pts, fg, ft, stl - top 90 (R Brewer)
Markieff Morris - pts, reb, fg, 3pt - top 40 (Frye)
Kawhi Leonard - pts, reb, ast, stl, 3pt - top 25 (Ginobili)
Nikola Vučević -
Iman Shumpert - pts, reb, stl, blk, 3pt - top 120 (looked very good, now not so much)
Tobias Harris - pts, reb, fg, 3pt - top 70 (Qrich who always had nice reb/3pt combo numbers)
Donatas Motiejūnas -
Kenneth Faried - reb, fg, blk, stl - top 30 (Ben Wallace)
MarShon Brooks - done?

I'm in a dynasty league myself, I was hoping for some help myself to be honest haha. The way our league works is once the season begins rosters are locked and no free agent moves can be made (all FAs and rookies go to the next year's draft class.)

I targeted Lillard in the first-round of my ongoing draft and was pretty thrilled to get him (had no shot at Davis or MKG). I think Lillard has the 2nd best chance, behind Davis, to win rookie of the year - he is in a perfect situation in Portland.

The players which most interest me in the rest of the draft are Jonas V, Isaiah Thomas (didn't see him on your list but he was pretty good as a starter last year and has the keys this year), Kawhi Leonard, and Jae Crowder (solely based on preseason play though).
