Yesterday I did two draft in two different leagues I'm in talk about being busy "GM"

Okay anyways one league is a roto, and other is head to head both leagues are ten teams league so here is my teams that I drafted tell me what do you think.

G: Rajon Rondo(PG.)
SF: Klay Thompson(SG, SF.)
PF: Joakim Noah(PF, C.)
F: Zach Randolph(PF, C.)
C: Dwight Howard(C.)

Util: Eric Gordon(SG.)
Util: Evan Turner(SG, SF.)

Bench: Emeka Okafor(C), Avery Bradley(PG, SG.), Hedo Turkoglu(SF, PF.), Mario Chalmers(PG.), & Anthony Morrow(SG, SF.)

NOTE: I waive Greivis Vasquez who I didn't draft since I was away from my computer and quene my players were running out of my list so couldn't get who I want so I let him go. I didn't quene nor draft Hedo, Chalmers, & Bradley either plus I didn't prerank but I was there at the live draft most of the time.

Here is my team for the head to head league.

PG: Stephen Curry(PG.)
SG: Andre Iguodala(SG, SF.)
G: Marcus Thornton(SG.)
SF: Kevin Durant(SF.)

Rotoleague:

Rule #1 in Roto:
Never draft D12.
You don't want to punt categories because it's harder to win.

Head to Head:
You made the mistake when you drafted Iguodala/Thornton.
You should have concentrated on other categories, rather than draft more shooters after you drafted Durant.
Looking at your team, you'd only be great in scoring, 3pts, and rebounds. That's just 3 categories working your way.
