Most hectic draft ever - Thoughts?

12 team Yahoo! H2H league, standard 9 categories

I just finished the most hectic, panic-filled draft I've ever had. I tried setting up my pre-rankings a bit over an hour before the draft and by the time I clicked save - about 45 minutes before draft time - it was too late; My league was "not in pre-draft mode" & it wasn't able to save (except for my top 40, for some reason). So the entire draft I was trying desperately, and mostly failing, to keep up with my Excel spreadsheet with what was happening. I missed a lot of what was actually going on, but I think I still ended up with a pretty good team.

I was picking 8, but I traded my first 2 picks with the guy picking 3rd for his first 2 picks. (for his second pick, because I was so distracted, I ended up with Ibaka instead of Melo who I would have taken, but I'm ok with that).

Here's my team:

PG/SG/G:
Chris Paul
Lou Williams
Gordon Haywood (also SF/F eligible)
Kemba Walker
Ricky Rubio
Austin Rivers

SF/PF/F:
Danny Granger
Danilo Gallinari
Andrei Kirilenko
Bismack Biyombo (also C eligible)

C:
Serge Ibaka (also PF eligible)
Greg Monroe
Andrew Bogut

What do you think? Andre Drummond is a free agent & I'm thinking about picking him up, but not sure who to drop. Rivers maybe?

Drop rivers for Drummond, you are really weak in rebounds, I dont think Monroe, Bogut, and Ibaka can carry you in that cat or even keep it competitive. Personally Im not a fan of Granger this season because of his knee issues and the emergence of Paul George so I would try and trade him for someone like Batum, or a combo of a big like Favors + SF.
