Trade: Mayo + Faried for D-Will and Ibaka. WHIR

A team that I just barely lost to last week proposed the above trade to me. I need the assists, so I'm not really considering pulling the trigger, but I do like both Mayo and Faried.

Any possible counters I could reasonably make?

I would keep Deron Williams and Ibaka to be honest. Plus, Ibaka is having a pretty good start so far!
