Trade: Rondo + Varejao for Love + Vasquez

I have Love and Vasquez. Was offered Rondo and Varejao for them.
I am in a keeper league and don't really like the thought of giving up Love permanently.
I do think this trade will help me a lot this season however.
Should I accept?
