The buy-low topic just reminded me of the alternative. What do you guys think?

I think these are all good candidates:

OJ Mayo
Damian Lillard
Mo Williams
Kyle Lowry (for superstar talent)
JR Smith
Brandon Jennings (for superstar talent)
Batum (for superstar talent)
Kemba Walker
Andrei Kirilenko
Jamal Crawford

OJ Mayo - Definitely a sell high. Will not get as many looks or attempts once Dirk comes back.

Damian Lillard - I think his value will pretty much stay where it is at right now in Portland.

Mo Williams - I think his value will pretty much stay where it is at right now in Utah.

Kyle Lowry (for superstar talent) - NOT a sell-high. Lowry is a buy-low right now with his injury. He is going to be phenomenal in Toronto this season.

JR Smith - Probably a sell-high. JR has shown that he can't be trusted to ever consistently put up great
shooting numbers (or stay mentally sound) for an entire 82-game season.

Brandon Jennings (for superstar talent) - Minor sell-high. I think natural progression will lead me to think that he is going to have a better statistical year this season. Him and Monta will be one of the highest scoring backcourt duos in the NBA this season. But as with any year, his FG% will be an absolute killer for any fantasy team.

Batum (for superstar talent) - Batum is definitely NOT a sell-high. This guy is a fantasy elite monster in the making. Be glad if you own him in any leagues.

Kemba Walker - Not sure if anyone is going to buy him from you anyways. Sell high if you can but I doubt he will attract much attention. Just not a very fantasy friendly game at this point.

Andrei Kirilenko - I would say AK-47 will statistically stay where he is right now. But since he is a perpetual injury risk, I would say sell-high to anyone who is willing to give you back a similar player free of injury risk and can give you the same production.

Jamal Crawford - I think Jamal's value is more or less what it will be this season with him being the number one 6th man for the Clippers. I see him making a run for the 6th man title this season.

I think JAMES HARDEN is a definite sell-high because of his first few games with Houston. I've seen players reach for him top 5 overall in some H2H drafts which is ridiculous. He's going to have late 1st round to mid-2nd round value when it is all said and done (at best). As his shooting % continues to plummet, he's going to fall off some people's radars. So if you have Harden and you want to try to swap him for someone elite, now is the time to do so.
