I dont see aything wrong with the trade.

I actually think this trade is unfair to whoever is giving up AD. He is a stud and although injured has better value than anything I can see Amare putting up.

I don't think that's a fair trade even if Amare is healthy. Not veto unfair but I can see with Amare's injury how it can easily be viewed as a one sided trade.

I'd actually prefer Davis over Amare, don't know why hell your commish is veto'ing it. He is either really young, new to being an admin, a bit power drunk, or all of the above. What a shame.
