Depends on team build. If you're punting FT or have a strong enough FT team that you can handle Asik's negative impact then probably him, especially in 8 cat. Asik gets the double-double but he really kills your FT and TO. If you can't then probably Bargs. His shooting will come around eventually. Being a Raps fan I'm a Bargs hater, but I see him as more valuable.

Not a fan of either guys in fantasy basketball, but if I had to choose, it'd be Asik because I can't stand Bargnani.

Bargnani's a jump-shooting big who can't rebound. He's going to hurt your FG% compared with a lot of other guys at that position.
