Seems like people do not realize how good Ibaka is. He's top 10, dude. Hell no.

IBAKA is a Beast but H2H George is better

That said it's harder to get Bigs that shoot those percentages like Ibaka, his 3 3's inflated him a tad as well

Ya this is why I look at the numbers (player raters) and not opinions. Ibaka is 7th on ESPN and BBM. George is, um, to put it kindly, not. There are differences in H2H/Roto but you'd need some extraordinarily evidence to even come close to suggest that H2H means George is even close to Ibaka, nevertheless better.

Yes but these player raters are skewed in favor of certain kind of players

H2H George wins

Pts, 3's , assts, stls

Ibaka

Fg% Ft% Blks, T.O's

And for all Ibakas strengths he is terrible in Stls and stls and combined 12 in 21 games

Combine that with the fact that he is only taking 2 FT's a game and you can see why I think the rating system overrates hims

George also rebounds the same rate as Ibaka which is unimpressive for a PF but great for a swing player

I like Ibaka a lot but his ranking. Take with a grain of salt due to his high ft % and 3 3 pters. His Blocking is a given

Huh? Sorry, this answer isn't scientific enough for me. The rating systems adjust the credit they give to the player depending on how above/below the mean they are to their peers.... So what are you doing that they're not?

I'll explain it a different way for you

Would you trade Rondo , Kyrie Irving , Lilard or Holiday for Jason Kidd?

It's too bad you're being intellectually dishonest.

You do not know me to make broad incoherent statements like that.

If you want to talk fantasy cool. If not that's okay too. If you disagree that's ok too. That's the fun of fantasy. But I have been watching and playing Bball for over 30 years and have been playing Fantasy Bball successfully in very competitive leagues in different formats for over 15 years.

Do not attempt to discredit my integrity

It doesn't make you cool and I am not impressed

Stick to Bball

Ranking from Yahoo ESPN etc can only be taken with a grain of salt. It weighs every cat equally when clearly in fantasy basketball that doesnt make sense. IE if you have one player shooting 87%FT with 6 FTA a game and a player shooting 89% shooting 2 a game who is the more valuable player fantasy wise for FT cat.

For me, if I am using overall rankings, I like using this site

http://basketballmonster.com/PlayerRankings.aspx

hit the plus sign beside league settings and you have the ability to see a players ranking not just on different fantasy sites, but you can manipulate it to include or exclude specific categories

back to the main point, I like the conley George side personally. I just can't trust felton after that whole Portland thing.

Sorry I took long to respond. I thought my team was in sig.

Pg- Chris Paul
Sg- tyreke Evans
Sf- Kevin Durant
Pf- serge ibaka
C- joakim Noah
G- Raymond Felton
Sg/sf- Hayward
Pf/c- Blake griffin

Bench: millsap, McGee, sessions, granger, Patterson, Thompson

Since millsap has been putting up great numbers as of late I wanted to upgrade on pg with Conley and sg/sf with George while giving up ibaka replacing him with millsap from the bench. Good or bad?

Saying "Would you trade Rondo , Kyrie Irving , Lilard or Holiday for Jason Kidd?" in the context of this conversation is, to me, intellectually dishonest.

Sounds like you're getting butthurt. -shrugs- It's the internet, bro. I do a great stop staying detached, yet aware, from my emotions and would recommend it to anyone. My comment was limited to your specific comment in this specific context. Your butthurtness is the one applying it to all aspects of your life or whatever you're doing.

@gonzo: I'd trade Blake

Keep ibaka and trade griffin then? But I don't think the guy would make te deal with Felton and griffin.

You didn't answer my original questions which tells me you are being dishonest because you know the answer already. Trying to flip it around on me was weak and unimpressive.I guess Butthurt is your age appropriate term, but there is nothing that you could say to me on the Internet that could do so. I say stick to Basketball topics and to not try to belittle or be condescending.

Agreed, I like the George/Conley side too but I would be ok if he stood pat and didn't make the move at all

Who is on waivers, I would get rid of Granger

Trade Griffin for anything in the world. Millsap > Griffin imo, but Griffin's name is a lot >>>

Griffin has actually been much improved this year. Decent scoring numbers solid rebounding great assist totals fora a bigman a steal and a half and a block a game. Much improved FT (but still hurts you there).

you're right that his game is gradually becoming more efficient. i'm not saying give him away; im saying using him as bait in a 2-for-1 to get a stud
