Stash Varejao?

Currently 3rd place in an 18 team h2h 9 cat, most likely 2nd place next week. I think I can hold my own until Varejao comes back but is it worth stashing him now? Are quad injuries usually prone to setbacks?
EDIT: And if I should drop, Miles or Barea?
EDIT2: forgot to paste the team:

In an 18 team league? No question. I'd drop Miles. Its all about the playoffs and if you're safely in the playoffs who cares if you drop a spot or two.
Varejao is injury prone in general but I haven't read anything that suggests that this injury is more prone to a setback than others.

You want the strongest possible team available for the playoffs. Who cares about rank in H2H league. If you don't pick him up you'll surely be playing against someone who will stash him.
I'd get rid of JJ. His minutes will decrease as Rubio gets healthier. CJ has the starting job and I doubt Waiters is going to play his way back into the starting line up. Even if that scenario happens he'd be one of the first off the bench while in Minny Ridinour, Barea and Shved will be in the mix with Rubio.

Argh, one of the worst teams in the league claimed him first. He was ahead in waivers. I think he might be using Varejao to sell to one of the teams already guarranteed a playoff spot. x.x

The thing about Varejao that worries me (I dropped him after holding on to him for 3-4 weeks SMH) is that it is unpredictable when he will actually come back. I'm guessing early March and he will prolly be on court in the middle of March. He prolly wont play 25+ mpg due to his health and the cavs not having a chance to make it to playoffs.
I'm guessing his numbers will be more like 8/8, which is a huge drop from his previous 18/12. I'm not going to deal with him and let someone else pick him up and deal with it.
