Got some interesting offers for Bosh...

I've been offered either Greg Monroe, Kenneth Faried, or DeMarcus Cousin in a straight up trade.

I already have Dwight and Pekovic as my main guys for boards, but I'm still looking for that 3rd dominant bounder to guarantee I win rebounds every week (and since both of those guys have been battling with injuries).

I'm hesitant to take Faried because unlike Monroe or Cousins, he's not the first option on his respective team. I also have Iguodala, so I'm trying to avoid having two players from the same team.

At this point I'm leaning towards Cousins. However, his behavior with his team and coach has got me a little worried and him getting suspended again would kill my team.

Monroe only plays Center. Cousins and Bosh both play PF & C so there's that also.

Here's the rest of my team if it matters...

Kyrie
Rubio
Jack
Felton
Foye
Iggy
Deng
Thompson
Turner
Dudley
Ryan Anderson
Pekovic
Dwight
Glen Davis

My gut feeling keeps telling me that Bosh will break out of his slump post ASG and I should hold out and keep him.

Any advice is appreciated.

Eww. You can't get more than that?

Cousins has been godly since getting suspended.

Bosh needs to be traded ASAP because he's due for serious regression. But can Cousins keep this up? He could; he has the talent. But I remain unconvinced. He's a career 44% shooter. Still, it's clear he's improving. He can no longer be so easily dismissed.

With Bosh you should be aiming for Brow/AlJeff/LA/Sanders/Lee/Lopez/Noah/AK/Serge/Gasol/Chandler/Blake/Horford. Right now Cousins/Monroe/Faried have one too many question marks for me to be comfortable.

Horford is out of the question. My brother won't do Bosh for Horford straight up and I'm not willing to deal the majority of players on my team right now. Already tried getting Serge too.

I've been trying to get Sanders off my friend because I lose blocks every week. I just offered him...

Bosh
Thompson

for

Josh Smith
Sanders

He's weak in 3s so lets see what he says. What you think Apathy?

I think I'm tired of people who keep proposing blatantly terrible trade offers. Bosh for Sanders straight up. And you should be happy as hell if that goes through. As I said before, Bosh is going to get worse before he gets better. And his rebounding numbers are already ugly. If/when his FG% regresses, you might be stuck with a dud on your hands.

Yeah Sanders is worth it. Isn't he getting like an insane 4.5 blocks a game when he plays over 24 mins? Skiles is gone, he's not going to lose that starting spot he's earned. All he has to do is stay out of foul trouble so he can be on the court long enough to be productive.

I've been offered either Gay, Gortat or Ryan Anderson straight up for Bosh.

Which should I do? I'm tempted to do Anderson since all I'd lose is some blocks but gain dominance in 3s

Apathy I don´t know why you keep insisting that he should trade Bosh ASAP... there is no competition in the squad for his minutes, and his rebounds numbers are only going to increase

Ya I mean, I'm open to trading him because I find people overrate him, but he's been on my team for 2 years and I've always liked having him because he's consistent and efficient.

His fg% is likely to go down though. He's shooting 5% higher at the rim than his career high (74.6% this year, 69.9% first year in 2011) and more alarmingly, 11% higher from 16-23 feet (58% vs 47% in 2009), and he's taking more shots from 16-23 than anywhere else.

Do not trade Bosh unless it's a no brainer

This.

The average fan really doesn't realize how volatile the percentages are. And what Bosh is doing is so far out of the norm that it could literally stop any time now. More times than not players regress to the norm. There are always a few exceptions, but counting on them is dum as hell. And with high volume shooters, the regression hurts. Look at the bricks Kobe's chucking up this month.

And maybe it's already started for Bosh: 8-for-24 his past two games. If he keeps it up for even a WEEK he is absolutely untradeable, since his rebounding is in Brook Lopez territory. (Sorry, Brook. I know you've improved this year.)

Keep Bosh, he is not going to regress to his averages. Or if you do trade him get a consistent top 20 guy in return nothing less
